Established as an agricultural Co-operative, Jayalaxmi Co-operative aims to be the best cooperative in Nepal. We have been able to bring joyful faces in our society by providing easy access of cooperative services. We constantly focus technically component, ongoing financial support to crop producers, enhance farming business enabling farmers to address commom problems of developing market oppertunities through sustainable cooperative services.

“Our pride, Jayalaxmi cooperative established in 2072 with the main slogan “Self-reliance through cooperatives”, is providing different services. Established as an agricultural cooperative, this cooperative is committed to the economic, moral and social upliftment of enrolled members, has purchased about 3.05 hectares (i.e. 60 ropanies) of immovable property in its own name and aimed for agro tourism and management of organic food product. After successful completion of 5 years as an agricultural cooperative, it led inclusive merging of two other small scaled cooperatives “Mukti Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited & Ashtalakshmi Didibahini Savings and Credit Cooperative Society Limited”. Hence, we are functioning from three locations; head office at Pokhara-11, Ranipauwa, service center in Pokhara-19, Lamachaur & Machhapuchhre-2, Sardikhola. We are aiming to expand our cooperative within three more districts; Syangja, Tanahu & Parbat with one/one service center in each district.With the combination of one and half decade of my cooperative, accounting and managerial experience, other young, energetic colleagues as well as socially reputed, educators & high intellectual individuals in board members with advisory team, this organization always respects and implements the social norms, spiritual well beings and rules-regulations of higher authorities without any flaws.
